Wouldn't it be great to sleep through the night again and wake to your baby cooing and babbling in her crib because it's morning and she's ready to rock this work with her happy, well rested self?
Hi! I’m Sarah.
I’m a reformed sleep martyr :) I used to get up to nurse my son back to sleep every 2.5 -3 hours. All. Night. Long.
I was convinced he needed me, or was hungry, or wasn’t capable of learning how to fall asleep without me, and I kept going like that because “sleep training,” *insert shivers*, sounded harsh and definitely didn’t jive with my natural parenting ideal.
I’m a chiropractor by training with 8 years of university health education. I put my academic background and clinical training to use by researching baby and toddler sleep.
For over 5 years I’ve created individual sleep plans for parents based on their baby’s age and parenting philosophies, and coached them to put these plans into practice to get more sleep.
Let's get you started on your journey to more sleep!
