A Message from Dr. Sarah
Children entering their toddler years experience great changes in their physical, mental, and emotional states. This is a crucial period in a little one’s development, and it’s important –– but not always easy –– for them to build good sleep habits now. In this class, I’ll specifically help parents of 2 to 4 year olds address common issues including falling asleep by themselves at bedtime, night waking and needing to be comforted back to sleep, and staying in bed all night long. You'll learn how to help your child develop independent sleep skills but you'll also develop positive parenting tactics to help you through this stage. With this class, you and your family will finally be able to achieve peace of mind and quality sleep on a consistent basis. You can be loving, attached and well-rested.

More From Happy Parents:
The toddler sleep class has been life-changing! 3-year-old L went to bed and slept right through until 6:30 this morning! I feel so good about the relationship that I have with him around sleep and that it's a positive experience rather than the battle that we were having before. I feel like I'm giving him everything that he needs and I'm so grateful to have those hours back to myself at night time.
- Son, 3 years old
Yay! We transitioned our toddler to a toddler bed last Saturday. She stayed in her bed tonight for the first time without getting out after we left the room. Can't wait to give her a reward tomorrow morning.
- Daughter, toddler
I was struggling with weaning and getting my two year old to nap. I am proud and relieved to say my daughter now naps an hour and a half and at night 11-12 hours! I have my sleep, my husband and my sanity back! [Sarah's] priceless, don't hesitate, as a momma you deserve rest! You can't pour into your children from an empty vessel!
